The magic of the holidays is upon us, my Snitches! And what better way to start your yuletide cheer than with a drive through millions of twinkling little lights? A better answer still…. you have family in town or a houseful of guests and you need a good 2-3 hour activity that gets everyone into the holiday spirit. So pack up the fam, get in the car, turn up radio to the Christmas Music channel and great ready to bedazzled. Enchant Christmas at Globe LifePark

Enter the world’s largest Christmas light maze at Globe Life park! Visit Santa and then check out the ice skating trail – with a few pit stops for holiday eats and drinks.

Light up Lowest Greenville
Dec 1 4-8pm
It’s the 2nd Annual Light Up Lowest Greenville complete with souvenir cups for $10 and Santa at the Greenville Avenue Pizza Company at 6pm, and lighting up the Christmas tree and Greenville block at 7pm. Bring a monetary donation, canned goods, or winter clothes and accessories and get a an ornament to decorate the block’s tree or take it home for YOUR tree! This year, all ornament proceeds and donated goods will benefit Alex W Spence Middle School’s Peace Pantry: a no questions asked/safe place for students to get food and other needs for themselves and their families. At this time they need winter clothing more than anything.

If you haven’t been to ICE! You totally have to check it out. It’s an amazing walk-through wonderland that is completely made of ice! It’s cold – 9 degrees – so be sure to dress warmly under the coats they let you borrow. It’s 2 million pounds of ice that is sculpted into hand-carved sculptures, and they have 52-story tall ice slides that you can slide down.
