Owl Prowl – Farmers Branch Historical Park

Great activity for the family! Get out all 10 species of owls that live in Texas, and four that are common in our area. Learn about owl calls and hoots, their habitats and traits, and a walk through the Historical Park and adjacent bird sanctuary seeking out the feathered hunters in the owl boxes and hollows they prefer. The Owl Prowl will run from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. Be sure to bring binoculars and flashlights, but no pets this time. Spaces each evening are limited, so please RSVP by emailing [email protected].
